An old travel leather bag rests quietly in the corner of the room.

It has crossed long distances, been lifted and set down, opened and closed in haste.

But today, no one holds it. Only creases and worn marks remain  traces of use that time has not erased.

From something once in motion, it has become something still.

Swapped Leather is a story of repositioning from journey to remembrance. Not an abandonment of the past, but a deliberate act of placing it down.
