Welcome to SKONX Perfumery. We currently ship only within Thailand and are committed to offering convenient and efficient shipping services, with free shipping for all our customers in the region.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Time

If the product is available in our warehouse, we will ship it within 1-2 business days after the order is completed (on business days only). We use a Premium Courier service that operates Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a business day will be shipped out from our warehouse the next day.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Bangkok: 2-3 business days

    • Surrounding areas and provinces: 3-5 business days

    • Remote areas (Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, Sangkhlaburi district, island regions): Additional 1-2 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the delivery status on the courier company's website.

If you have not received your product, please:

  1. Check with your neighbors or building manager.

  2. If the tracking status shows 'Returned to Sender', contact us immediately at contact@skonxperfumery.com or via phone.

Possible reasons for returned shipments:

  • Incorrect delivery address

  • Unforeseen circumstances preventing delivery

  • Product lost in transit

  • In the event of a shipment being returned due to the recipient being unreachable or refusing delivery of an undamaged package, the logistics fee will be deducted from the refund.

Return Policy

SKONX Perfumery ensures the highest quality for every product. We value your trust and offer the following return and exchange policies for online purchases made on www.skonxperfumery.com.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • This guarantee is a testament to the quality of Skonx-selected products. We expect that you will be completely satisfied. However, if a customer is dissatisfied upon receiving the product ordered through the website, they can exercise their right to cancel the order or request a return within 7 (seven) business days from the date of receipt. Submit a written request to contact@skonxperfumery.com, complete with a form, evidence of damaged or incomplete items, photographs, or a video clip. We will consider the return request as detailed below. We will make a reasonable effort to process the product refund within 7-14 business days from the date of the complete product return, under the conditions.
  • Skonx kindly asks customers to return the product along with the original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Otherwise, the brand may reserve the right to refuse the return in such cases. Unfortunately, the brand cannot refund shipping, packaging, gift wrapping, or other additional costs beyond the product price. Customers will bear the shipping costs for returning the product through the company's specified return channels if the product is not defective or damaged.

Product parcel is damaged or defective:

  • Skonx is confident in the quality of its selected products. However, customers may encounter issues where the product parcel is defective, damaged, or torn. If the damage is acceptable and doesn't affect the product inside, we recommend refusing the delivery and reporting the issue for further investigation and re-shipment.
  • If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect according to your order, submit a written return request within 7 (seven) business days of receipt to contact@skonxperfumery.com, with a form, photos, or a video clip for us to consider and approve the return.

Return approval process:

  1. Submit a return or exchange request to contact@skonxperfumery.com, with the reason, within 7 business days of receiving the product. Note that the product manager will process the return. Contact us through the shop's social media channels for any queries.
  2. The product manager will review the order information and contact you within 1-3 business days to notify you of the approval decision. They may schedule a pickup or request additional supporting documents.
  3. Carefully package the product to prevent damage during transport before handing it over to the product manager's staff. If the product is not defective or damaged, you must return it through the company's specified channels. Signature is required upon return, and once the product manager receives it, they will process the refund.
  4. The product manager will initiate the refund process once the product is received in its original condition. The refund will be processed within 14 business days via PromptPay linked savings account for purchases made through credit cards. The refund process may take up to 30 days (the amount will appear in the next billing cycle). If you haven't received your refund after two billing cycles, please contact your bank for assistance.
  • Skonx will notify you via email once the refund has been processed. However, the brand reserves the right to refuse the return if the conditions mentioned are not met.
