As Matana endures her life as a rose, she eventually encounters "King Chai Sane," a nobleman. The two fall deeply in love and marry, breaking the spell and seemingly ending her life as a flower. However, their love is met with complications. King Chai Sane already has a queen, "Queen Chandee," who becomes consumed with jealousy and cannot accept Matana’s presence. Driven by envy, Queen Chandee falsely accuses Matana of betrayal, and the king, believing the queen's accusations, orders Matana’s execution.

On the day of her execution, Matana is spared by a compassionate officer overseeing the sentence, who lets her go free. She then suffers alone in the human world, reflecting on Suthet’s curse.
